Simple and effective multi-project Task Management solution designed for personal and small business projects. This tool offers easy progress control with Gantt chart and calendar views. Users can assign tasks to team members visually, attach photos to better illustrate tasks, and manage time, dates, cost, and materials. Implement predecessors to constrain task execution with multiple viewing options such as list/search, tree browsing, Gantt chart, and calendar views. Stay informed with notifications on task start and finish dates/times and share tasks with other iCloud users.

On the Gantt chart, tasks can be visually edited by moving and/or stretching them. Task relationships are displayed with arrows, while one of three planned versus actual metrics—time, cost, or completion—is showcased. Tasks can be re-sequenced individually or in groups by enabling edit mode in the Gantt view.

Projects can be exported using standard sharing features on iOS. The exported project includes all relevant information, including team members, and project photos if their total size permits email attachments. Users have the option to select the compression ratio for smaller photo sizes. Existing or template projects can be cloned (copied).

Effortlessly monitor overdue or late tasks via the iOS Today Extension for quick updates. Data synchronization is facilitated across multiple devices through iCloud, which also serves as a backup solution.

The application is available in multiple native languages: English, Russian, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Japanese, and Korean.

Terms of Use: TasksWizard operates on a subscription basis requiring a valid and active subscription for access. There are two auto-renewable subscription options: monthly (1 month) and annual (12 months). Subscription prices are displayed on the In-App store page and Apple App Store. Payment is charged to the iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase and will auto-renew unless disabled 24 hours before the current period ends.

Subscriptions can be managed by users through their Account Settings post-purchase. Any unused part of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscribing.
